Who am I?
A bit of a mess, really.
I don’t believe you can learn much about a person from an “About Me” section, but it’s nice to have a general sense. I’ll tell you the basics of my core beliefs.
I believe that a single smile can change the shape of someone’s day.
I believe that if we all practiced the golden rule. If we all treated each other the way that we want to be treated, then this world would be a more beautiful place.
I believe in the power of books. That the written word can change the world and shape a heart.
I believe that music is the most powerful magic in the world–expressing those things words alone cannot convey.
And I believe in myself.
I believe that with a little spirit and a lot of courage I can change the world–even if it is only for one person. I believe that we each hold within us a world of possibility waiting only to be explored to explode into something extraordinary.
This life is an adventure and as I wander through leaves and over bridges on my long walk to forever—thanks Kurt Vonnegut!—I like to write about what I see.

This is a lovely, poetic introduction. Kindness, knowledge, song, and faith – I agree that the world would be a much better place if others shared your values. I think it’s the world, not you, that’s “a bit of a mess” – “really”.
